A second thought, I have also looked at the Australian Taxation perspective from a Regulatory perspective, and not only do I believe, Dubli is OK there too, (or will be when the paperwork catches up)I further believe, our Jurisdictionally relevent Deputy Commissioner is not only going to be very happy, when Dubli arrives properly, she may even join.

Over the last 20 years I have had a large number of associations with our Deputy Commissioner, personally, and can say, she is very much like Dubli, in one perspective, very clever!

Your article was, in my humble opinion, well written and informative. Thank you.

I am in Australia and have been invited to join Dubli. My Mother (ostensibly Upline) invited me and as yet, I have deferred from accepting the invitation.

Mum then gave me more than enough money to join, and a bit more and said, "Do what you think is best". I have eight kids, 2 grand kids, 2 cats, a dog, a monster huge big garden worm (a pride and joy) and pet mosquito, so try to spend my money on priorities.

I still haven't joined.

I would like to join and experience what my Brother (Upline from my Ma) is experiencing, as he is simply like and best described as, a Mexican Jumping Bean at the moment.

He has 30 years of experience building, very successful Businesses, all over the World, including latest revolutionary technology Oil Refineries and then selling them Businesses to Major International Oil Companies, and he has done, many other things, and is actually, I am proud to say, a very smart guy, in any reasonable person's opinion or any person making, a reasonable opinion.

I considered the Gambling issue, but resolved that in my own mind as being, not an overly concerning issue. I knew or felt I understood, at the time, of making that decision, what I believed Gambling and the associate, above described issues were, and your rendition confirmed my beliefs as being valid.

In Australia, we also have a big "issue" if I can call iT that, with the notion of Pyramid Selling as defined at Common Law and as prohibited by our National Trade Practices Law.

I considered that issue, at greater length and in more detail and interestingly found a Decision and analysis of the concept, pyramid scheme in a High Court decision.

Our High Court, for the benefit of our International friends, is our Superior and most Senior Court. It is empanelled, with some very smart folk, both men and women.

I think from memory, there were 6 or 7 judges, that considered the issue on Appeal from a lower Court and considered the issue as against the opinions of another 12 or 13 Senior Judges, on similar, relevant, cases, to conclude, on at least my reading, the pyramid scheme label, did not fit and (as above) by definition, could not fit.

I have not joined, I think, primarily because, I can't establish with certainty that all the formalities of our Law are complied with. I have conducted searches of our public Information, Regulatory agency search panels and just do not see, Dubli as being an entity, legitimately CONDUCTING BUSINESS IN AUSTRALIA.

I know, and am happy that Dubli conducts Business with many Australians, and they all seem very happy, BUT, if Dubli does not admit itself, into Australia (properly) and properly arrive here, How can it conduct serious Business here? It can't because iT isn't actually here. My understanding is that iT is in other Countries, very successfully, but iT's like it is hovering above us, like thin air. And I don't invest in thin air relatively or otherwise. I would actually gamble before I would that.

I will join, and I watch every day to see if I can join, within the parameters above mentioned, but i just have to wait for the paperwork to catch up, I suppose.

Personally, I think (and can give multiple reasons to evidence) the People that made Dubli, are very smart. Very smart. Very good at what they do.

On that basis, the only real risk, is if they are dishonest.

Why would anyone, anyone with a Brain, risk what thy appear to have, by being bodgy or pinching a few bucks when they can effectively get, World Internet domination.

If Dubli works (and I think iT will) they are going to be too rich to to be interested in pinching some one elses money to end up in a cell next to that other bloke in the States, that Bernie Sumbodyorother.

150 years looking at bits of rats and maggots in your food, and rats and maggots in your living space.

I doubt iT.

I think iT's legal.

I would actually like to list some of my products on their Auction sites.

You sell prestige, in lots of different brands. I will show you real prestige that you can wear if you like. You will never look so good.

Oh! and if anyone wants the pyramid information, go to www.austlii.edu.au, on the left hand side of the screen, you will see commonwealth, the look for High Court of Australia, search pyramid. I think the case had, ACN or ANC something or other in iT's title. Happy to get iT for anyone if they can't find iT.

Regards, and when iT registers in OZ, I will be the first Koala in line......

is this your personal opinion because DubLi auctions can not be considered gambling or this analysis is the product of an expert advice on the issue in the U.S.?
i mean is an issue that has already been analyzed and considered that is not a gambling by experts or any lawyer in USA?
thanks.

Dubli is not a scam but it should be reviewed carefully before joining. I am not saying they are not to be considered but Dubli is a relatively new MLM and should be approached with all the facts without the razzmatazz.

Read more: http://www.dubli.potentialtime.com
