Beginning November 4, 2009 DubLi business associates and customers residing in Australia and New Zealand will be able to place bids at us.dubli.com.  The reverse auction giant has been anticipating this long-awaited milestone and reports it is prepared for the impending surge of activity.

DubLi has handpicked a wide selection of the most in-demand top brand products specific to that geographic region.  All available products are to be marked with custom-designed icons featuring the Australia’s national flag.

Moreover, the starting Xpress auction prices prior to bidding will be substantially lower than the best deal available in nearby local markets – bar none!  DubLi’s ‘low price guarantee’ states that should a customer find a better deal for the same product they’ll be awarded the difference plus a 10% rebate of that difference.

This step in DubLi continue growth provides an important way of learning about how the auction process works and a great method for introducing the online shopping model to new prospects.  One product example is the PLAYSTATION 3 Slim, the latest top of the line game console manufactured by SONY.  The starting price of this Xpress auction is US$299, whereas the average market price in Australia and New Zealand is around US$460.

Even if a customer decided to buy the PLAYSTATION 3 Slim soon as bidding started, the total price could conceivable be around US$382. Compare that to the same PLAYSTATION 3 Slim being sold in Australia and there is still an overall net savings of 17%.  That’s a respectable savings on a highly demanded item this season.

When DubLi’s global platform is fully implemented on March 1, 2010, they will have in place a local shipping facility within Australia to originate all consumer deliveries.  A more extensive news story on this update will be revealed in the coming weeks.
